Why Make Yourself CrazyThis is an interesting book in that it has no paper. It is a digital e-book written by stress coach Jerry McTigue . This book has 400 stress relieving tips and activites that go beyond just performing actions to relieve stress and cut right to the heart of solving the root causes of stress in your life. This is certainly not suitable for group sessions for stress relief but as a personal guide I believe it has enormous application. His website is looking a little old and dated I must say but the tips and activities in his e-book are very insightful and worth looking into.
